Google is fast, dynamic and growing. They win the moment over 3 years already, while Microsoft is just trying and exploring ways to use their dominance in OSs market.
Google is focused. Although it seems to start palaying this all for all game but still google is the word for search engine.

Everyone says Microsoft sucks (which it does), but have you looked at invasion of privacy matters? Google knows your words, your thoughts, your dreams... Dont wind up in a cage with rats (excuse the _1984_ reference). Seriously, when is a system going to come out to increase privacy?
